Refund Policy
1. Payment
Payment for tuition must be made before the first session takes place. Please allow up to 7 days for funds to clear and be credited to your account.
2. Refunds after Tuition has Started
Once tuition has begun, refunds are not provided for sessions cancelled by the client before the end of a booking period or course.
However, we understand that illness and family commitments occur. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule the affected session to another available date.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Tuition can begin at any time throughout the year.
3. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days of accepting these Terms (“Cooling‑Off Period”), in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you cancel within this period and tuition has not yet started, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
If you ask us to begin tuition before the Cooling‑Off Period ends, you agree that:
- you will be charged for any sessions already delivered or arranged at your request; and
- once a session has taken place, that portion of the service is non‑refundable.
4. Ongoing Tuition & Notice to End Lessons
At the end of each set of booked sessions, tuition continues automatically on your reserved slot unless you provide 30 days’ written notice to end or pause tuition (“Termination Notice”).
This ensures we can conclude learning appropriately and maintain tutor availability.
If no notice is given, or notice is given too late for us to release the time slot, we will assume tuition is continuing and sessions booked for you will remain chargeable. This protects continuity for your child and ensures the tutor’s scheduled time remains reserved for your family.
