Our Founding Director, Adele Conlon, oversees the recruitment and ongoing development of our tutors. She brings to bear valuable teaching knowledge gained from her 20+ years of teaching and ensures her high standards are delivered to our customers and students.
We are not an agency
We pride ourselves on being an education provider and not a tutoring agency. We have a rigid selection process that demands we recruit only qualified teachers which share our passion and ethos for teaching. All our tutors are fully employed by us.
Transparency
 We will never send you a tutor who we feel is unsuitable: sometimes we point clients in other directions if we feel we cannot deliver the perfect tutor. We won’t make promises about grades or attainment levels. Instead we will do all that anybody can do: give your child the best possible chance.
DBS Checked
All our tutors are checked through the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, previously called CRB) every 3 years. This ensures that your tutor has no criminal record.
You should be aware that not all tutor providers ensure that their tutors are DBS checked!
Ahead of the Curve
All our tutors collaborate with each other on a quarterly basis, ensuring that teaching methods & best practises are shared amongst the team and that they are up to date with the National Curriculum. This ensures that we deliver the best teaching principles we can to you and your child every time we visit.
